Deathwatch Painting Competition Rules
Categories
• HQ
• Squad
• Single Miniature
• Unbound
• Duel
• Vehicle
• Diorama
• Dreadnaught/Monstrous Creature
Painting Basics
• The entry should not have visible mold lines, untrimmed flash, excess glue, grainy primer, and unfilled gaps detract from a model. Conversions and added details should blend convincingly with the original piece.
• The entry should have at a minimum of three colors and finished to include eyes. The entry that catches the eye at a distance should also look good on close examination.
• The entry will be based using at least two mediums (sand and grass, rocks and cracked earth, grass and snow, etc.).
