[Lists] Points value - Primary Faction - Force Org - Rites of War (if any) - Name of your list.

for example...

[Lists] 3000 - Word Bearers - Age of Darkness - Dark Brethren - "Hail Slaanesh!"

or

[Lists] 5000 - Ultramarines - Onslaught - Tournament List

or
